RECREATIONAL AMENITIESGUEST POLICY
The WVCA recreational amenities are for the exclusive use of our owners/tenants and their guests. A guest is defined as a family member of an owner/tenant OR anyone staying overnight in an owner’s/tenant’s unit.(Amended 2/16/2023).

HOA DUES PAYMENT DATES
1st quarter – January 1st
2nd quarter – April 1st
3rd quarter – July 1st
4th quarter – October 1st
2025 dues are $220 per quarter.
